Service Description
(This is the essential first step prior to individual, focused, one-on-one coaching.) Real growth happens when the coaching partnership is potent. This connection call is our opportunity to see if we form a powerful dynamic and forge a compelling vision. We'll use this time to map your current landscape and get familiar with your world. From there, we can challenge where you want to go, explore what we can build together, and see if this partnership is the right catalyst for your evolution. Despite a listed duration of one hour, this could range from 30 minutes to a couple hours, depending on your wants/needs and what we get into.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Practice & Clinical Distinction The inquiry, tools, and frameworks explored during this session are educational and strategy-focused. This work centers on personal evolution, character development, and behavioral accountability. It is not clinical psychology, psychiatry, medical treatment, or mental health counseling. You remain entirely sovereign over your choices, health, and medical decisions. If clinical mental health challenges surface that require medical or diagnostic intervention, this introductory session will pause, and you will be directed to seek professional care from a qualified clinical provider. 2. Baseline Assessment Prerequisite You are required to fully complete and submit your baseline assessment form at least 24 hours before our scheduled start time. This data provides the necessary foundation to use our live session effectively. If your completed form is missing inside that 24-hour window, your appointment will be automatically removed from the calendar to free up the slot for another individual. 3. Rescheduling & Punctuality Windows If you must change your appointment time, you must modify or cancel the booking through your member dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the session start. The live room will remain open for exactly 10 minutes past your scheduled start time. If you do not appear within this 10-minute window, the call will close and the session will be logged as a no-show. 4. The Accountability Gate (Handling the Breakdown) Missing a scheduled appointment, avoiding a deadline, or flaking on a commitment is a common symptom of the exact internal friction and overwhelm we exist to dismantle. If you succumb to that loop and miss your slot, the door is not permanently closed, but the automated re-booking engine on your account will be paused. To clear the system and manually schedule a second attempt, you must message me directly with a brief, honest reflection on what got in the way of your commitment and why you are ready to show up for the effort now.
