Refund Policy

The Baseline Principle

You are securing a seat in a rigorous coaching container. In a way that is consistent with the principles applied to the coaching, financial refunds are not granted based on a perceived lack of results. This coaching provides guidance, you provide results.

Group Containers: Pre-Launch

If you secure a group coaching seat and realize you cannot honor your commitment before the work begins, you are free to step back.

Full refunds are available if requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of our first scheduled live session. This window simply ensures we have enough time to offer the vacant seat to someone waiting to step onto the path.

Group Containers: Active Cohorts

Once the first live session commences, the container is sealed and your seat is claimed.
To protect the integrity and cohesion of the group, there are no refunds or prorated returns for mid-container withdrawals, missed sessions, or incomplete baseline assessments. Respect for the coach's commitment to the group is also maintained this way - members cannot be replaced once the container has begun.
We operate by the principle of IDWISIWD (I do what I say I will do). If you hit a wall of heavy drag or inertia and choose to step away, your financial investment remains committed to the space you claimed.

1:1 Coaching & Discovery Sessions

For individual containers or single-session deep dives, our scheduled time is a mutual commitment.

Requests to reschedule or cancel must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the live session.
Failing to provide 24 hours' notice, or missing the session entirely, means that time is spent. The session will not be refunded or re-booked, ensuring our commitments remain as intact as possible despite the breach.

Legacy Sponsors & Subsidized Seats

Legacy Sponsors: Funds provided to sponsor a fellow community member's seat are immediate, permanent investments in the collective ecosystem and community dynamic, and are non-refundable.
Fellowship Seats: Clients utilizing a discount code to access a subsidized seat hold the same absolute commitment to the group. Stepping away from a subsidized seat without communication respectfully closes the door to future coaching containers. Integrity and respect is essential to being coached.

Clearing the Path

To request a valid pre-launch refund within the 72-hour window, or to reschedule a 1:1 session prior to the 24-hour cutoff, email hunter@thehunterwild.com with the subject line "Container Exit" or "Session Reschedule."
