  • Operate our coaching containers and manage client rosters.

4. Storage, Security, and Third-Party Platforms

This practice operates as Hunter Wild Coaching. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides the online infrastructure to sell our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general applications on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS. External third-party services (such as Google Forms and Google Workspace) are utilized to securely process and organize highly sensitive client intake data and baseline assessments outside of the primary website infrastructure.

5. Recordings and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

This is a secure space.

  • Mandatory Internal Recordings: To ensure the highest quality of coaching and to fully metabolize the value of our work, all live sessions are recorded. By booking a seat in this container, you consent to this practice. These recordings are strictly for internal review by the coach, are stored on secure local drives, and are never shared, published, or distributed. Recordings are securely destroyed after one year.

  • Artificial Intelligence: There are no plans to use AI within the coaching process. However, because third-party administrative tools, website hosts, and software platforms increasingly integrate AI features natively into their systems, this policy guarantees that your personal data, session recordings, and assessment answers will never be intentionally submitted by this practice to train public or third-party AI models.

6. Consumer Health Data Rights (MHMDA)

Because our baseline assessments gather psychological and behavioral data, we comply with Washington’s My Health My Data Act. You retain the right to:

  • Confirm whether your health data is being collected and access that data.

  • Withdraw your consent for collection at any time.

  • Request the immediate and permanent deletion of your psychological and baseline data.

  • Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

7. Communication

We may contact you via email to notify you regarding your account, troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes, collect fees, send updates about our services, or enforce our booking policies.

8. Your Rights and Data Erasure
