Hunter Wild Coaching

My Coaching - The Short Version

Objective

You are hungry to have a life that amounts to so much more than what you see in front of you, a life of flourishing and fullness (eudaimonia). You feel driven to evolve, but it also feels like a thousand things are holding you back and blocking your way. You don't need to do more to get there; you need to do different. I specialize in different.

Method

Your mind+soul+life is a dynamic ecosystem. It shouldn't be treated like a machine that is the mere sum of its parts, for which we would prescribe rigid checklists and systematic steps (though there are times those can be helpful). Instead, we operationalize the very best of ancient wisdom and contemporary science, taking the profound work of humanity and injecting it directly into your life. We must account for the whole of you, in totality, and leverage your tremendous, even if hidden, strengths so you can stop treating yourself like a problem to be solved and start fully coming alive.

Standard

Fundamentally, our work together cultivates areté - the present act of closing the gap between your current self and your best self (when you are overflowing with life and excitement about who you are, the choices you make, and the actions you take). We're not aiming to put a band-aid on a symptom, but rather to catalyze the ecosystem. A consistent law of human potential is that you have the wisdom and the fuel for your own growth. The coach does not. Your evolution is borne out in the sweat of your own efforts. If you want your abs to be tight, you have to do your own crunches; the coach cannot do them for you.

Act/Choose/Action

I am in the process of cultivating the environment for my upcoming group container and 1:1 cohort. If you've got a hint of excitement to leap forward, even if it's mixed with anxiousness, that's the invitation. Answer it.

That's the summary.

Now for the deeper dive:

The Objective

You don't need another goal to chase. You don't need to try harder. You definitely don't need another vapid rise-and-grind podcast or productivity life-hack that inspires you for a day but changes nothing.

But there's a hunger. Maybe it's ambiguous, like you just know you were meant for more than...whatever this is. It's more than a mere recognition of potential, it's a craving for greatness, to feel exuberant about who you are, to profoundly transcend this bare minimum level of tapped-out existence most of us grind through every day and every year.

The hunger to evolve is always, always there. You feel it every time you lean into a distraction, you're reminded each time you hit an achievement yet feel like you haven't moved an inch. Somewhere along the line - maybe it was ten years ago, or maybe it was today - you got the feeling that doing more isn't going to give you the life you actually crave. Maybe you're climbing the ladder well enough, but you've got the feeling the ladder is up against the wrong wall. Maybe the grind is working, but it's empty. Maybe your accounts are healthy but your soul is limping.

You've never truly needed to do more. You just need to do different.

That's exactly where our journey starts together. I'm trained for different, my coaching is designed for different, my mind is built for different. And maybe you're finally ready.

The Method

Most people want a straight line: 'I am stuck here, tell me what to do next.' But your life doesn't work in straight lines. If it did, a guru could just hand you a mechanical checklist, pocket your money, and you’d be perfectly optimized.

Your life is a brilliant ecosystem, not a machine. When a part breaks in a machine, the whole thing stops functioning until that piece is swapped out; it's fragile. An ecosystem, on the other hand, is alive. It is robust, dynamic, and antifragile. When something within it breaks, it heals, and often stronger than before. When something catastrophic happens, new opportunities open up for an epic change.

You, like an ecosystem, cannot be understood with simple linear thinking, cannot evolve via mechanical methods, cannot Become by way of an algorithm or formula. To catalyze such a dynamic system, you need to work with someone who operates like one.

I process, organize, and metabolize holistically. I think in webs, not straight lines; pulling on a strand causes the whole structure to vibrate. When you bring your hunger for Becoming into our sessions, we'll pluck a single thread of the web to feel what resounds, what resonates. This ultimately allows us to make unpredictable, lateral leaps to find the nexus of otherwise entirely unrelated elements. With this, we synthesize the struggle into a deep, systemic harmony.

The Standard

If you are looking for a conventional, systematic approach (rigid curricula, standardized playbooks, self-help formulas, surface-level troubleshooting), we are not a fit.

There is a time and place for a triage method. Bandaging a symptom, so you can get back to your routine with a little less pain, is absolutely useful, and something I leverage when necessary for myself and in our coaching together. But if your ultimate goal is simply to make an empty grind a little easier to endure, our objectives are fundamentally misaligned.

When you cultivate your own power and transcend your old modes of being, the pain points that used to dominate your mind tend to lose their grip. It’s the difference between fighting for every breath while drowning, and splashing around while having fun with friends in a pool. It is the exact same water, but an entirely different context and power.

Because we are driving toward an expansive, overarching vision, I won't curb your momentum to hyper-fixate on minor, local disturbances. That doesn't mean you can't bring up the daily frictions or the seemingly small things keeping you up at night. Often, a minor irritation is exactly the thread we need to pull to reveal a much deeper structural root. There is no "wrong" thing to bring into our sessions. We simply won't let an isolated symptom become the entire story. A systemic approach demands treating the entire ecosystem rather than getting trapped in the triage of a single injury.

This means I will not hand you a pre-packaged solution or prescribe a step-by-step manual. And our sessions are not meant for mere intellectual exercise. If you study something life-changing, you absorb the richness of it and integrate the wisdom; you don't just memorize the bullet points or scan the Cliff's Notes. We are here to evolve, not recite.

You will never be quizzed, but you will be held fiercely accountable for your own Becoming. This work demands a deep investment of mind and soul. You have to actually metabolize the insights and weave them into the reality of your daily life.

I will help catalyze the ecosystem, but I will not do the heavy lifting for you. You have to move the weight; you have to work the muscles to build the strength. Ultimately, your evolution is borne out in the sweat of your own efforts. We do this in partnership. No one reaches their highest potential in isolation, but true sovereignty is forged by your own hands.

The Choice

You have already been feeling the call, the hunger, the pull of your deeper self. You already know that doing more of the same is giving you little in return. You have an idea of what this work demands, and you know you are ready for a completely different paradigm.

This is where the theory ends and the evolution begins.

Currently, I am cultivating the environment for my upcoming group container and a selective 1:1 coaching cohort. Because this work demands a systemic, immersive approach, I'm not taking clients on a rolling, open-door basis. The doors open when moment is right. And when they do, the people on this list will be the first to step through.

Have you got that hint of excitement? Even if it's sitting underneath nervousness, a lack of self-confidence, or some harsh self-talk... Have you got that hint of excitement?

That's the call. The opportunity for stepping into the role of someone who makes the big things happen is on the other side of your response. Choose wisely.
