Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Refunds Full Commitment: Your seat is confirmed only once full payment or the agreed-upon deposit is received, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon. Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds are readily available up to 24 hours in advance. 2. Attendance & Tech Showing Up: Sessions are a shared commitment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move a call. Your Setup: You are responsible for your own internet, hardware, and software. If your tech fails, we can't offer a refund or a makeup session, though I’ll do my best to make sure you have any available recordings and materials from what you missed. 3. Testimonials & Feedback Sharing the Wins: By working together, you agree to provide an honest review or testimonial once we wrap up. Marketing: I may use anonymized wins or praise from our sessions for my future outreach. I will never share your personal identity or sensitive business details without your explicit go-ahead. 4. Anticipated Content Real-Time Adjustments: While you can expect a presentation consistent with my preparation, I reserve the right to change the materials, tools, or the order of our approach on the fly. My priority is what our work together actually needs in the moment, not sticking to a script. 5. If I Can’t Make It Emergencies: If I have a hardware failure, illness, or emergency, I’ll notify you as soon as possible. We will reschedule the session to a time that works for both of us. Cancellations on My End: If for some reason I can't make it to a session, I will provide the options of either issuing a full refund for the missed session or rescheduling. 6. The End Relational integrity: I reserve the right to end our working relationship for any reasonable cause, whether for your benefit, mine, or both. You maintain the right to end our relationship for any reason you see fit.
